Author Guidelines

PUBLICATION ETHICS FOR AUTHOR(S)

To uphold the veracity of the research record and the professionalism of authorship, the journal has to maintain research ethics; hence the author must follow some guidelines. The guidelines for the author(s) are given below:-

1. The author(s) must submit their original research work.

2. Author(s) should avoid misinterpretation of research results.

3. Submitting your work to more than one journal is totally unethical behavior.

4. The published work should not be submitted for publication in any other journal.

5. Plagiarism must be avoided by the author(s).

6. Proper acknowledgements to other works must be given and cited.

7. The author should take the consent of all co-author(s) before submitting a manuscript.

8. In case, the editor has to communicate the author(s) regarding the submitted manuscript or post-publication requirement, it is the responsibility of the sole author (here first name in case more than one author) to inform all other co-authors about communication made between editor and sole author.

9. Changes in authorship and order of author(s) are not accepted after submission.

10. A conflict of interest may exist when results, conclusions, or judgments regarding the research are influenced by the factors such as financial gain, association with any specific ideology, or personal relationships. All authors are required to disclose any financial gain, personal relationship, organization, or other associations that may influence or be perceived to influence, their work.

11. In case any unethical practices are found in the manuscript, the sole responsibility will be of the author(s).

12. The copyright Agreement form will be provided once the manuscript is reviewed and provisionally accepted.

13. The author (s) retain the copyright and full publishing rights without restrictions after publication of the manuscript in this journal. Any permission is not required from the journal/ publisher.

Steps for Submitting and Publishing Research Paper

1. Create your research paper document with sections like abstract, introduction, related research work, research methods you used, conclusion, references etc. and format it according to our journal's recommended format. You can download the sample document to follow the formatting.

2. Fill the online form to submit your research paper. Or, Send it to us through email.

3. You will get paper submission acknowledgment email withun 72 hours after submitting your research paper.

4. One of the editorial board members will analyse the research paper briefly and will decide if the research is per the guidelines and policies of our journal or not.

5. The editor will then send the research paper for double-blind peer review to one of the reviewers of our journal.

6. The research paper could be accepted or rejected based on various criteria. The following criteria are observed and points are calculated (out of total 10) for each criteria:

  • Relevance of Title and Research Article
  • Scholarly Quality
  • Continuity in the Article
  • Use of Theory
  • Novelty and Originality
  • Technical Contents and Correctness
  • Understanding and Illustrations
  • Critical Qualities
  • Quality of References
  • Clarity of Conclusions

7. It could take 3 or 4 weeks to review a research paper. A notification email is sent to the 1st author after reviewing.

8. On acceptance of the research paper for publication, you need to pay the article processing fee (APC). Then Take a photo/screenshot of the payment.

9. Then, you need to download the copyright permission form and undertaking forms, read the conditions carefully, fill the forms using a PDF reader software if you are agree to the conditions, save the PDF file and submit it to us along with the proof of payment.

10. The forms and payment are verified, and research paper is published in the upcoming issue.

11. When research paper is published, e-certificates (digital certificates) for all the authors are sent along with the publish notification email. You can also download the digital certificate of publication of your research paper from the track status page.

 

  • The paper should be in MS word (.docx) format.
  • Follow Latest Version of MLA/ APA format strictly.

Note: No file other than MS Office (docs) will be accepted.
